Supported scope
Custom theme work outside the documented app integration is not part of the current support scope.

Quick checks before opening a ticket
- The theme app embed is enabled
- At least one active rule matches the affected product
- The live domain loads `/privacy` and `/support` without errors
- The affected shop is installed and authenticated correctly
- If a self-hosted scheduler is used: cron is running and reaches `/api/internal/run-schedulers`
