Custom theme work outside the documented app integration is not part of the current support scope.

Quick checks before opening a ticket

  • The theme app embed is enabled
  • At least one active rule matches the affected product
  • The live domain loads `/privacy` and `/support` without errors
  • The affected shop is installed and authenticated correctly
  • If a self-hosted scheduler is used: cron is running and reaches `/api/internal/run-schedulers`
