The app is built for Shopify merchants and processes only the data required for authentication, rule management, storefront output, and checkout synchronization.

What data is processed

TimeWise Pricing is not designed to build independent customer profiles or sell customer data for its own marketing purposes.

• Shop domain, shop identifiers, and app session data
• Pricing rules, rule conditions, targets, and related app metadata
• Storefront and app proxy requests where required for app functionality
• Operational and error logs where required for security and support

How data is used

• Authenticate merchants and keep the embedded admin app working
• Store and evaluate scheduled pricing and discount rules
• Sync supported discount configurations to Shopify Functions
• Render storefront output through the signed Shopify App Proxy
• Handle support, incident response, abuse prevention, and platform compliance

Retention, deletion, and compliance

Shop data is retained only as long as required to operate the app, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

When Shopify sends an `app/uninstalled` or `shop/redact` event, the app removes the relevant shop data from the application database.

Mandatory topics such as `customers/data_request`, `customers/redact`, and `shop/redact` are processed in line with Shopify platform requirements.

Service providers and rights

TimeWise Pricing uses technical service providers for hosting, database operations, and application delivery only where required to run the app securely.
